Tyson Brochu is a seasoned Senior Tools Programmer at Epic Games, specializing in the development and maintenance of Unreal Engine geometry processing libraries since January 2020. With prior experience as a Senior Software Developer at Ziva Dynamics and a Principal Research Engineer at Autodesk, Tyson has contributed significantly to character creation tools and the Autodesk Meshmixer application, among other projects. Earlier roles include positions as a Creature Developer at Method Studios, a researcher/developer at Pocket Pixels Inc., and R&D internships at Weta Digital, where Tyson contributed to award-winning systems for cloth and muscle simulation.
