Mateo Costa

Mateo Costa has a diverse range of work experience in HR and People Operations. Mateo started their career at Xerox in 2013 as a Payroll Analyst and worked there until 2017. After that, they joined Mercado Libre as an HR Ssr Rewards Analyst for a year. In 2018, they moved to Promedon as an HR Admin, where they worked until 2019. At Deep Vision - Computer Vision Software, Mateo worked as a People & Talent Manager from 2019 to 2020. Currently, they are working at EPIC IO Technologies as the People Ops Director for Global Latam, focusing on establishing the HR area, developing policies, and defining a regional HR strategic plan.

Mateo Costa began their education in 2013 at Universidad Nacional de Córdoba, where they pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration degree. Mateo attended this institution until 2018. In 2023, Mateo started their studies at Universidad Empresarial 'Siglo 21', focusing on Human Resources Management. Mateo is currently pursuing this degree with a specialization in Human Resources.
