Pracha Yang

Pracha Yang has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. Starting in 2011, they worked at Conquest Imaging as a System Administrator, where they developed and customized Salesforce features, provided technical support, conducted training sessions, and learned Salesforce administration and development. Pracha then moved on to roles such as Assistant Director of Technical Repair, Repair Director, Director of Technology, and Director of Operations at Conquest Imaging. In these positions, they were responsible for strategic planning, infrastructure technology systems, vendor negotiations, project management, and implementing ERP and CRM systems.

In 2019, Pracha joined MXR Imaging as the Technical Director, following the acquisition of Conquest Imaging. Pracha worked with the MXR IT team while continuing to assist with the main operations of Conquest Imaging.

In 2020, they joined DHL Supply Chain as an Operations Systems Manager, overseeing operational systems.

Their most recent position is as the Senior Manager of Delivery at EPIC iO Technologies, starting in March 2022. Starting from January 2023, they will transition into the role of Business Operations Manager. Overall, Pracha has a strong background in operations management, technical repair, system administration, and business operations.

Pracha Yang obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems from DeVry University, where they attended from 2012 to 2014.
