Bryan Nelson

Bryan Nelson is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in desktop support and helpdesk management. Currently serving as a Senior Desktop Analyst at EPIC Midstream since February 2021, Nelson previously held the same title at Solutions Shared Services, Inc. from November 2019 to February 2021. Prior to that, Nelson worked at The Brandt Companies for over seven years, initially as a Desktop Support Engineer and later advancing to Regional Helpdesk Manager, where responsibilities included supporting all IT functions related to the Helpdesk environment for a significant MEP and Industrial company based in Texas. Nelson's career began in the United States Air Force as a Chaplain Assistant from March 2004 to April 2012. Educational qualifications include an Associate's degree in Behavioral Sciences from the Community College of the Air Force and an Associate of Science in Network Engineering from Virginia College-Huntsville. Nelson is currently pursuing further education at San Antonio College.
