Ping Jiang has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Ping began their career as a Senior Consultant at Deloitte Consulting, where they focused on Consumer Business clients and was responsible for strategic reviews, business cases, and system analysis. Ping then worked at Walmart as a Regional Audit Director before joining KPMG Advisory as a Manager/Senior Manager.
Ping then moved to Zimmer as a Director, where they built and directed the international audit function and led enterprise risk management efforts. Ping also conducted financial due diligence reviews for potential acquisitions. After that, they joined Tesco as a Director, where they built and directed the international finance and audit team and led enterprise risk management efforts.
Ping's next role was as CFO/Controller at California Republic Foods Inc, where they played a key role in building a centralized factory and distribution network and oversaw finance operations. Ping then served as the Chief Financial Officer/Controller at Prinston Pharmaceutical Inc, where they had overall financial responsibilities for the holding company and its subsidiaries in the US and China.
Ping also has experience as a Chief Financial Officer at TY Technology Co. LTD and as a Consulting Chief Financial Officer at CFO Consulting Partners. Currently, they hold the position of Chief Financial Officer at Epic Pharma.
Ping Jiang has a strong educational background with a focus on business and finance. They obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Finance & Strategic Management from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business from 2001 to 2004. Prior to this, Ping pursued a Master of Science degree in Accountancy & Management Information Systems from Northern Illinois University from 1996 to 1998. They also hold a Bachelor of Economics degree in International Trade from Shanghai International Studies University, which they completed from 1990 to 1994.
In addition to their academic achievements, Ping Jiang has obtained several certifications. They became a Project Management Professional through the Project Management Institute in June 2007. In July 2005, they acquired the Certified Information System Auditor certification from ISACA. Prior to that, in March 1999, they earned the Microsoft Certified Solutions Developer certification from Microsoft. Ping also acquired the Certified Public Accountant certification from the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants in June 1997, further enhancing their professional qualifications and skills.
