As the founder of Erika Shepard Keynote Speaker, Erika has transitioned from a psychiatric nursing background to becoming an international speaker, emphasizing the importance of optimizing connections and relationships for enhanced well-being. Previous nursing roles include serving as a Staff RN at Sharp HealthCare in a Psych ICU, and at Stairwaysbh in various mental health settings, showcasing extensive experience in developing care plans for patients with diverse psychiatric needs. Erika's nursing foundation is supported by a Master’s degree in Nursing from Georgetown University and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Arizona State University.
