Think of Epic Rose as your go-to team when numbers feel messy, cash feels unpredictable, and you just wish someone could make sense of it all – without having to hire a full-time CFO.

We work with SaaS, recruitment, solar, and high-ticket service businesses making £1–10M, especially when:
- financial reports and cashflow aren’t fully trusted,
- revenue slips away through dropped leads, slow billing, or messy processes,
- the team is giving their all, but profits still feel a bit… unpredictable.

Here’s how we help
We run 60–90 day Finance & Revenue Recovery Sprints. Basically, we:
- pull together all your scattered spreadsheets and reports into one clear, trusted picture,
- map how work turns into cash to spot where money or time is slipping away,
- tackle the 2–3 biggest revenue or operational leaks (pricing, utilization, pipeline, billing),
- set up simple, repeatable reviews so the wins stick.

What clients usually see
- A clear view of margins, runway, and which clients/products actually make money
- Fewer “silent losses” hiding in your operations
- Confident, data-driven decisions on hiring, pricing, and growth

Why we’re good at this
Our team has 15+ years across finance and ops – from CFO roles in manufacturing to running large logistics and retail operations, plus building and scaling our own companies. We know how to connect board-level financial thinking with practical tweaks that actually move money.

Who we’re working with right now
- SaaS companies post-seed
- Recruitment agencies
- Solar installers
- High-ticket service businesses
