Gethmi Rupasinghe

Gethmi Rupasinghe is a Software Quality Assurance Engineer currently working at Epic Lanka since June 2023, after previously serving as an Associate Software Quality Assurance Engineer. Responsibilities include manual testing, user acceptance testing (UAT) at client sites, test case writing, executing tests, creating UAT documentation, defect detection, and reporting through JIRA, while collaborating closely with development teams. Gethmi's prior experience as a Software Quality Assurance Engineer Intern at Epic Lanka involved functional, regression, UI/UX, and smoke testing for web and mobile applications. Additionally, Gethmi worked as an Information Technology Field Technician for the Ministry of Internal and Home Affairs and Provincial Councils and Local Government. Gethmi holds a B.Sc. Honours Degree in Information Technology from SLIIT, completed in 2023, along with prior education from NAITA and Gothami Balika Vidyalaya.
