Their tenure includes successful initiatives in talent strategy, performance management, and the development of a modern HR tech stack, contributing to the company’s growth from 120 to 350 employees. Prior to Epic Valet, David gained valuable experience in hospitality and operations at Talking Rock Golf Course, where they honed their skills in service excellence and team management. David holds an education credential from Scottsdale Community College.
