Albert Chan

Albert C. serves as the Enterprise Vice President and Chief Health Information Officer, as well as the Chief Digital Health Officer at Sutter Health, driving digital health initiatives and telehealth implementation since August 2015. In addition, Albert holds a position as a Board Member at Sutter Health's Sutter Care at Home, focusing on home healthcare services, and serves as an Adjunct Professor at Stanford University School of Medicine. Albert is active in various advisory roles, including membership on the Telehealth Advisory Committee at Epic, the Telehealth Task Force with the California Medical Association, and the Program Planning Committee for the Group Practice Improvement Network. Additionally, Albert is an Honorary Adjunct Scholar at the D'Or Institute for Research and Education, a Venture Advisor for the VH Moll Fund, and an Advisor for DNA Capital and the DIRECTV Healthcare Advisory Board. Academic credentials include an MS in Biomedical Informatics and an MD from prestigious institutions, with a foundational BS in Biological Sciences from Stanford University.
