Allison Larson

Allison Larson is a Quality Manager Team Lead at Epic with extensive experience in quality management within the IT and healthcare industries. They have demonstrated a strong capability in managing and coaching teams, having directly overseen 10 Quality Managers and influenced 50 indirect reports. Previously, Allison contributed to the success of appointment scheduling, authorizations, and referral products, while ensuring project quality and success.
