Alyssa Downs

Alyssa Downs is a skilled UX Designer at Epic, with experience in graphic design, digital design, and creative digital sculpting. Previous roles include providing graphic design consultation for faculty at the University of Michigan - School of Information and grading assignments as an Instructional Aide. Alyssa contributed to digital design projects at Procter & Gamble, where tasks included benchmarking and developing research methodologies for e-commerce testing. Extensive experience at General Motors involved the development of virtual reality programs and modeling for various studios. Alyssa holds a Master of Science in Information with a focus on User Experience Design & Research from the University of Michigan and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Computer Animation from Ringling College of Art and Design. Additional education includes a certificate in Floral Design from Macomb Community College and ongoing studies at various institutions.
