Ben Smith

Ben Smith has over nine years of experience in technical services and education, currently serving in a technical assistance role at Epic since July 2014, where contributions focus on helping healthcare organizations manage and enhance their electronic health records (EHR). Prior to this, Ben held teaching assistant positions at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where responsibilities included instructing students in bioinstrumentation and general chemistry, as well as facilitating laboratory sessions. Ben also gained research experience as a research assistant at the UW Laryngeal Physiology Laboratory, conducting experiments and working with various data collection instruments. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Biomedical Engineering obtained in 2014 and a Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering received in 2013, both from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
