Caroline Huang

Caroline Huang is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in quality management and operations. Currently serving as the Quality Management Team Lead and Quality Assurance specialist at Epic since September 2014, Caroline has demonstrated a strong background in improving organizational efficiency. Previously, as a Lead Campus Ambassador at Readyforce, Caroline conducted market research and successfully promoted the company to student groups. Experience as a People Operations Intern at Google involved data analysis, website development, and survey design to enhance the hiring experience. Additionally, Caroline served as a Program Analyst at the U.S. Department of State, managing budgets and liaising with various stakeholders, while earlier experience as an Administrative Assistant at Aghnami Law Corporation included preparing legal petitions and conducting research. Caroline holds a B.A. in Political Science from UCLA.
