Max Benabou is currently a Technical Solutions Engineer at Epic, having transitioned from various roles within Stanford University. As an IntroSem Course Development Assistant at Stanford University in Fall 2022, Max created practice questions, provided office hours, and managed the course site for an introductory neuroscience seminar. Max served as an Undergraduate Researcher in the Giardino Lab from January 2022 to June 2025, investigating sex differences and neuropeptides related to addiction and stress responses, receiving a Bio-X Undergraduate Fellowship in Summer 2023 for full-time research. In Summer 2024, Max interned at the Brains in Silicon Lab, developing a model of sequence-selective neuronal dendrites to assess learning impacts. Prior academic achievements include a high school diploma from College Park High School and studies at Diablo Valley College, culminating in a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Computation from Stanford University, complemented by a minor in Spanish.
