Nicole Erso is an Implementation Specialist at Epic since 2021, bringing a wealth of experience from previous roles, including Operation Manager for Translation Services at Affordable Language Services from 2014 to 2021, where strategic and daily operations were directed, and a strong focus on customer and linguist communication was maintained.
