Rachel Dever is a Chemical Engineering graduate from the University of Notre Dame, where a Bachelor of Science degree was earned in 2013. Rachel started as a Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering Lab Assistant at the University of Notre Dame, conducting research on poly-NIPAM colloid hydrogels and performing rheological experiments. Subsequently served as a Teaching Assistant, managing a group of 25-35 students and facilitating their understanding of course material. Since July 2013, Rachel has worked as a Technical Services Analyst at Epic, collaborating closely with clients to align software solutions with their strategic goals, leading a technical services team, and contributing to process refinement and team direction.
