Ryan Cheng currently serves as the Program Lead for the Generative AI Launchpad at Epic, a position held since June 2023. Previously, Ryan held multiple roles at Enguete Services, including Team Lead, Technical Coordinator, and Client Systems Engineer, contributing to customer satisfaction and camp operations in July 2022. From June 2014 to August 2019 at Techlab Education, Ryan developed and instructed various coding and engineering design curricula, achieving a 100% satisfaction rate among students. Additionally, Ryan worked as an Assistant Tennis Coach at Los Gatos Swim & Racquet Club from June 2015 to January 2018, assisting in the planning and implementation of training exercises for tennis players. Ryan earned a Bachelor of Science in Technology and Information Management from the University of California, Santa Cruz, between September 2018 and June 2022, following completion of education at Westmont High School from 2014 to 2018.
