Ryan Harper

Ryan Harper is a recruiter at Epic, where they currently lead implementation efforts. Previously, they served as the Quality Management Recruiting Lead and managed full cycle recruiting for non-technical positions. Ryan also held the role of Assistant Director of Admissions at Dickinson College from 2021 to 2022, where they planned recruitment travel and co-managed the Student Interviewer program. They began their career in admissions as an International Admissions Associate, focusing on the recruitment of international students. Ryan earned a Bachelor of Arts in Chinese Studies and Government from William & Mary and has studied at both the University of Exeter and Tsinghua University.
