Patrick McGrade

Patrick McGrade, CEBS, is the Managing Principal of Employee Benefits at EPIC Insurance Brokers & Consultants, where they work with mid-sized employers to optimize employee benefit plans in cost containment, compliance, and employee communication. They previously held the position of Vice President of Employee Benefits at the same company and at Cook Maran, specializing in a consultative approach to employee benefits. Patrick began their career as a Long Term Care Insurance Specialist at Genworth Financial and has also worked as an Associate at McDermott & Thomas Associates. They earned a Bachelor of Science in Health Policy and Management from Providence College.
