Світлана Фатко is the Head of Loyalty Programs at Епіцентр К, a position held since 2022. Previously, Світлана worked as the Head of CRM at Helen - Marlen from 2018 to 2021, where they developed and launched a successful loyalty program that significantly increased sales. They also held the role of E-commerce Product Owner at Фокстрот for a year and were the Head of Customer Service at BD Holding from 2017 to 2018.
