Michaël Diego has a diverse work experience, starting with their role as an Assistant Ressources Humaines at CESI Ecole d'ingénieurs in 2013. Michaël then worked as a Stage Assistant Comptabilité/S.A.P at IMA Ibérica Asistencia from September 2014 to January 2015, where they were involved in the implementation of the S.A.P software and gained experience in the accounting sector.

From April 2016 to September 2016, Michaël worked as a Conseiller ventes at ODiTY, followed by a role as a Junior Business Consultant at AMBASSADE EXCELLENCE from September 2016 to February 2017.

In 2017, they joined Pumpkin App as a Sales Operations Manager, where they remained until June 2022. During their time at Pumpkin App, they took on the additional responsibility of being the Sales Regional Manager - Manager Programme Pumpkin Brand Developer. Michaël successfully implemented and managed the "Pumpkin Brand Developer" program, which aimed to expand the Pumpkin solutions across different campuses in France.

Currently, Michaël is the Head of Sales & Opérations at epicery, starting from January 2023.

Michaël Diego completed their secondary education at La Salle - Passy Buzenval, where they attended college and high school from 2004 to 2010. Michaël then enrolled at Lycée Passy Saint Honoré Paris and obtained their Baccalauréat Sciences et Techniques de la Gestion with a focus on Marketing / gestion du marketing, général, graduating in 2012. From 2012 to 2017, Michaël pursued their higher education at EMLV - École de Management Léonard de Vinci, where they earned a Master 2 (M2) in Digital Marketing Stratégie. In 2014, they also had the opportunity to study at Universidad Europea in Madrid, Spain, but no specific degree or field of study is provided for that time period.
