Epick Bikes, a technology-driven electric vehicle (EV) startup, is dedicated to offering efficient and sustainable micro-mobility transportation solutions. With a focus on the hyperlocal delivery sector, Epick has successfully served over 15 clients and EV fleet operators. Their purpose-built Electric Bicycles have had a significant impact, reducing overall transportation costs by nearly 40% compared to low-speed e-scooters.

Epick's strong commitment to in-house product development has resulted in the creation of India's most dependable electric bicycle available in the market. This product stands out due to its ability to be upgraded from a 50km range to a 100km range with a swappable battery pack, all within the same architecture. This versatility provides customers with multiple range options. Moreover, the electric bicycles come equipped with additional security features such as standalone GPS tracking and an IoT device. These features offer valuable data and insights on usage patterns, enabling businesses to make better-informed decisions.

Epick goes beyond providing reliable products; they also offer dedicated support through their service team. This level of customer care has been instrumental in establishing Epick's presence in both the business-to-business (B2B) and business-to-consumer (B2C) markets. The team has undertaken the significant task of training existing bicycle mechanics to work with electric bicycles. Additionally, they are provided with an intuitive tech-based diagnosis tool to help identify any issues with the product instantly.

With their robust product portfolio and dedicated service team, Epick is on track to become a leader in the industry while building a sustainable business.
