Brian Pell

Brian Pell currently serves as the Global Director of Facilities at Epicor, leading a team of 30 facilities experts across 34 countries since July 2022. Prior to this role, Brian was the Director of Operations/COO at Facilities Management & Maintenance Company, L.L.C, managing over 3000 operatives on various contracts throughout the Middle East from January 2017 to July 2022. Brian’s experience also includes serving as Group Operations Director for NEC Group from October 2011 to December 2016, overseeing events, exhibitions, and leisure activities across several venues. Earlier, Brian held the position of National Director of Operations at Westfield from April 2006 to October 2011, focusing on strategic FM and security for UK sites. Brian began a career in operations as the National Operations Director for Johnson Controls in New Zealand from January 2002 to January 2006. Academically, Brian is pursuing a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Central England in Birmingham, a program started in September 1998.
