Charles Olson

Charles Olson has extensive work experience in the software industry, particularly with Epicor. Charles started their career at Epicor Software in 1996 as a Technical Support Engineer. After three years, they transitioned to the role of Sales Engineer, where they worked for almost a decade. In 2008, they were promoted to Solutions Engineer Manager and Sr. Manager, a position they held until 2011. In 2012, Charles joined Epicor as a Solution Engineer Director and Sr Director Sales Engineers. Charles later became the Vice President of Solutions Engineers. Charles has been with Epicor for over two decades, showcasing their long-term commitment and expertise in the company.

Charles Olson attended Winona State University from 1987 to 1992, where they obtained a degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Business. In 2020, they also earned a certification in Cloud Foundations from Epicor Software.
