Eric Burd has over 16 years of experience in technical support and engineering roles within the technology and software industries. Since May 2011, Eric has been serving as a Technical Support Engineer at Epicor. Prior to this position, Eric worked as a Technical Support Engineer at Activant Solutions from September 2007 until June 2011, and briefly held the role of Software Support Engineer at Intuit Eclipse in 2007, following its acquisition by Activant Solutions. Eric's career began at Excel, where a decade was spent as a Shipping/Receiving Agent from 1997 to 2007. Eric holds an Associate of Science degree in Business Administration - Management from Cape Cod Community College, obtained between 2001 and 2007.
