Katelyn Leclair

Katelyn LeClair is a seasoned communication professional with extensive experience in internal communications, employee engagement, and strategic messaging across various organizations. Currently serving as the Manager of Internal Communication & Employee Experience at Epicor since July 2022, Katelyn was recognized as a Q3 2023 Global Star Award Winner for exemplary performance. Prior roles include Communications Specialist at Optum, where Katelyn developed initiatives for diversity and inclusion and led internal community engagement efforts, and Communications Manager at ISG, focused on firm-wide engagement campaigns and employee communications. Katelyn holds a Master of Arts in Strategic Communication from the University of Iowa and a Bachelor's Degree in Communication and Media Studies from Minnesota State University, Mankato.
