Laura Hanscom

Laura Hanscom is a seasoned project and account manager with extensive experience in sales and client relations. Since October 2009, Laura has worked at Epicor, initially as an Account Manager and currently as a Senior Project Manager, where responsibilities include managing 160 Epicor Eagle customers nationwide and consistently surpassing sales quotas, earning recognition as a "Gold Club" member and "Rookie of the Year" for FY10. Prior to Epicor, Laura served as Marketing Director at NorthPoint Real Estate Investment Services, overseeing marketing initiatives for loan officers and managing events. Additional experience includes roles as Public Relations Manager at Patcom Media Relations and Telemarketing Manager at Triad, where Laura led and trained sales teams and enhanced client engagement. Education was completed at California State University - East Bay from 1988 to 1990.
