Currently serving as Chief Executive Officer at Frontline Road Safety since January 2021, Williams spearheads initiatives to enhance pavement safety in North America. As a member of the Board of Directors at Epicor Software and former Chairman of the Finance & Risk Management Committee at IEWC, Williams demonstrates strong governance leadership. Previously, Williams was President & CEO of Construction Supply Group, where a successful vision led to its position as North America's #2 construction supplies distributor, culminating in its sale to Clayton, Dubilier & Rice. Other notable positions include CEO roles at Rexel and Gexpro, significantly enhancing operational performance and executing numerous acquisitions. Williams began a career at GE Supply, where various leadership and sales roles yielded substantial revenue growth. An MBA graduate from California Lutheran University and a Bachelor of Applied Science from Texas A&M University, Williams possesses a strong educational foundation in management and industrial distribution.
