Peter Beardsley

Peter Beardsley is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law. Currently serving as Legal Director and previously as Director - Senior Corporate Counsel at Epicor since December 2001, Peter has held various positions in the legal field, including Corporate Counsel at Trilogy from March 1999 to December 2001, and Partner at Beardsley Muela LLP from 1996 to 1999. Earlier experience includes serving as Of Counsel at Whitehurst Harkness Watson (1994-1996) and as an Associate at Woodard, Hall & Primm, P.C. (1991-1994). Peter holds a Juris Doctor degree from The University of Texas School of Law (1988-1991) and a Bachelor of Arts in History from The University of Texas at Austin (1983-1986).
