Robert Means

Robert Means is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in sales and customer experience within the software industry. Currently serving as the Vice President of Sales for Strategic Applications at Epicor since February 2025, Robert is also the Founder of Compass Point Advisory, established in June 2024, which provides expert advisory services to software organizations. Previous roles include Chief Sales Officer at Legion Technologies from January 2021 to February 2025, where Robert focused on workforce management solutions, as well as Vice President of Global Customer Experience at LevaData and Vice President and Head of Global Sales at Fourth. Robert is also recognized for contributions as an Advisory Board Member at Legion Technologies. Educational qualifications include a BA in Communications from California State University, Fullerton, and a degree in Business from Sonoma State University.
