Tom Jones

Tom Jones has over 30 years of work experience in the technology industry. Tom is currently working as a Product Developer, Principal at Epicor since October 2021. Prior to that, they worked at CBC Computer Systems as the Director of Applications Development from April 2012 to October 2021. Tom also served as a Senior Consultant/CEO at Innovative Software Inc. from July 2003 to September 2021. Tom has held various roles including IT Applications Leader at LifeLabs Medical Laboratory Services, Senior Software Engineer at CBC Computer Systems, and Senior Software Engineer and Systems Manager at Niagara Credit Union Ltd. Tom also worked as a Senior Applications Developer at Prologic/Fincentric and as a Systems Analyst at CDSL/CGI. Tom began their career as a Programmer/Analyst at Niagara Credit Union Ltd. in 1983.

Tom Jones attended Brock University from 1983 to 1987, where they studied Computer Science. Prior to that, from 1979 to 1982, they attended Niagara College and focused on Computer Programming / Systems Analysis. In 2019, Tom obtained the certification "Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate" from Microsoft, and in 2021, they earned two more certifications from Microsoft: "Microsoft Certified Solution Developer (MCSD): App Builder" and "Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA): Web Applications."
