Aj Guinto

Aj Guinto has worked in a variety of roles since 2018. In 2018, they began working at EPICUS Group as a Project Coordinator II, where they planned and coordinated project scheduling, budgeting, and administrative tasks to support projects. Aj was also proficient working many software programs such as SAP and Microsoft Office. Aj also supported the project staff by facilitating project logistics such as meetings, conference rooms, conference calls, etc. Aj also worked as a Facilities Specialist at the same company. In 2018, they began working at Bolt Threads as a Facilities Maintenance Specialist, where they provided backup support for shipping/receiving, performed general interior maintenance, moved furniture, machinery, lab equipment and other materials as requested, assisted Property Management Facilities team with maintenance and repair of company buildings and equipment, performed facility inspections and reported as-found conditions, recognized danger and safety hazards and proposed methods to eliminate them, and maintained compressed air systems, assembled storage systems and sorted items. Aj also coordinated service and schedule preventive maintenance for all lab equipment throughout the facility. Aj continued working in this role until 2019.

Aj Guinto attended Las Positas College from 2014 to 2018, where they earned an Associate of Arts degree in Psychology. Aj is currently enrolled at California State University - East Bay.
