Ron España has worked in the field of Facilities and Project Management for over 20 years. Ron began their career in 1993 as a Facilities Manager at Lam Research. In 1999, they were promoted to Sr. Director of Facilities, EH&S and Lab Services at Sugen (A Pharmacia/Pfizer Company). In 2004, they became President and CEO of Facilities Management Group. In 2006, they took on the role of Project Executive/Senior Project Manager at Alfa Tech. In 2013, they joined the EPICUS Group as President and CEO, providing overall executive management of company operations and oversight of projects.

Ron España's education history includes attending Sierra Academy of Aeronautics, where they earned a Diploma in Aeronautical Engineering from 1989 to 1992. Ron then attended Los Medanos College from 1990 to 1993, where they obtained an Industrial Management Certificate. From 1989 to 1995, Ron España attended California State University - East Bay and earned an Industrial Engineering degree. Ron then pursued Construction Management at the same university from 1994 to 1997. In 2003, they obtained a Health Care Construction Management Certificate from the American Society for Health Care Engineers. Ron España also attended Building Owners and Manager Institute (BOMI) from 1994 to 2007 to receive designations in Facilities Manager and Real Property Administration. Lastly, they attended Stanford University Graduate School of Business from 2011 to 2012 for the Technology Entrepreneurship Program.
