Allison Conyers

Allison Conyers, MSOD, has dedicated over 25 years to fostering equity and inclusion within various organizations. They currently serve as the Executive Director at EpicWorks, providing essential infrastructure to movement organizations. Previously, they held senior roles, including Senior Director of Fellowships at Leadership for Educational Equity and Director of Communications at NFPRHA. Throughout their career, they have worked as an executive coach and consultant, helping non-profits create inclusive workplaces and develop strategic plans. Allison is also pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Journalism—Public Relations at Howard University, alongside a Master of Science in Organization Development from American University.
