Em Miller

Em Miller is a strategic and people-centered leader with over a decade of experience in Operations, DEIB, and learning design. They have a strong background in creating inclusive, equity-driven environments, specializing in educational trainings, leadership development programs, and organizational strategy alignment. Em has held various roles, including Master Teacher at Ohio University and Program Manager at The New York Times, and is currently the General Operations Manager at Pride Live. They hold a Master of Professional Studies in Arts & Cultural Management from Pratt Institute and a Nonprofit Leadership Certificate from the Institute for Non-Profit Practice.
