Robert Yao

Robert Yao is the founder, CEO, and president of EpiFinder, a company that helps people with disabilities connect with resources and services. Robert has also served as the co-chair of the ASU Disability Advocacy and Awareness Committee.

Robert Yao earned a PhD in Biomedical Informatics from Arizona State University. Robert also holds a Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) from Rush Medical College of Rush University Medical Center and a Bachelor’s Degree in Biology (Molecular Genetics) from Loyola University Chicago. In addition, they have various certifications, including Collaborative Institutional Training Initiative in Biomedical Responsible Conduct of Research, Collborative Institutional Training Intiative in Code of Ethical Business Conduct Training, LOD 2 University of Leipzig in Linked Data, Vespucci Initiative Institute in Process Ontology, Arizona State University in ASU Technopolis Launch Prep Entrepreneurship, CITI Program, A Division of BRANY in Human Research IRB Biomedical Research, CITI Program, A Division of BRANY in Human Research IRB Board Member (Group 3), and CITI Program, A Division of BRANY in Human Research IRB Board Members (Group 4).
