Diksha Sachdeva has a diverse work experience in sales and marketing. Diksha started their career as a Sales Officer at Mutti Foods India in November 2014, where they later took on the role of Sales Marketing Supervisor. In this position, they managed a team of promoters, implemented strategies, and oversaw general trade and modern trade.

In 2016, Diksha joined Fizzy Foodlabs Pvt. Ltd. as a Senior Territory Sales Executive. Diksha'sresponsibilities included sales, marketing, and market activation in the Delhi/NCR region. Diksha also designed sales and marketing programs and set long- and short-term strategies.

Following this, they joined Drums Food International in 2017 as a Modern Trade Sales Officer, handling multiple accounts. Due to their success in this role, they were promoted to Territory Sales Manager in 2021. In this position, they took charge of key accounts such as Max, Spencers, Reliance, Metro, and More DC stores. Diksha'sduties included handling listings, mapping new products in accounts, managing promotions and costs, supervising a promoter team, and managing purchase orders and stock fulfillment.

Diksha Sachdeva completed their education from 2013 to 2019. Diksha began their studies at Janki Devi Memorial College from 2013 to 2015, where they pursued a degree in NPTT, specializing in Junior High/Middle School Education and Teaching. After that, they enrolled at Delhi University and graduated in 2016 with a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree, focusing on Trade/Commerce. Lastly, from 2016 to 2019, Diksha pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a concentration in Marketing through Sikkim Manipal University - Distance Education.
