Joe Fauth

Joe Fauth is currently a Project Manager at Epik Systems. Prior to that, they worked as an Operations Coordinator/Purchasing Agent at C & C Glass from January 2019 to February 2020. In that role, they were responsible for managing multiple roles and performing different functions within operations, logistics, and finance for a company specializing in residential and commercial construction/glass-works. This included being responsible for the daily management of purchasing including equipment and labor resources; performing material takeoff, procurement, submittals, estimating, and deliveries of material; identifying, analyzing and resolving day-to-day challenges; scheduling trade contractors; and coordinating workflow and construction activities resulting in timely, quality production. Joe also oversaw vendor coordination and contracts by verifying funding to make purchases for various required supplies, equipment, and utilities that meet the business operations & projects within multiple areas. Additionally, they managed & coordinated the storage, distribution, process flow of all received property and equipment; oversaw the annual & semi-annual physical property inventories, generated reports to monitor property, and provided all required documentation to record the inventory; and administered multiple databases, performed support for clients and internally at all levels. Joe also authored inventory tracking system software which re-invigorated previously “dead” inventory and increased inventory turnover by 5%.
