Arun Ramani

Arun Ramani has extensive work experience in the field of engineering and technology. Arun is currently serving as the Vice President of Product Engineering at Epik Solutions since 2023. Prior to this, they worked as an Advisor at IceCream Labs starting from 2022.

From 2019 to 2022, Arun held multiple roles at Better Place Forests, including Advisor and Vice President of Engineering. During their tenure, they played a crucial role in transforming Better Place into a technology company by building the engineering team, developing the engineering strategy, and defining the product roadmap process. Arun also incorporated Agile framework for executing the product roadmap and successfully led the digital transformation of the company.

Before joining Better Place Forests, Arun worked at LiveRamp as the Director of Engineering from 2018 to 2019. Arun was responsible for leading the data management platform and successfully migrated services to the Google Cloud Platform. Arun also played a key role in launching the Customer Profiles product suite, which created a market opportunity of over $500M.

From 2004 to 2018, Arun held various positions at Art.com, including Senior Director of Engineering and Director of Application Development. Arun provided senior leadership to multiple engineering teams, managed the development and delivery pipeline, and ensured high system uptime. Arun also led the design and technology upgrade to deliver SaaS functionality, resulting in incremental revenue. Additionally, they managed the entire Art.com E-commerce platform and played a significant role in the company's global expansion.

Earlier in their career, Arun worked at AllPosters.com as a Senior Programmer and Analyst. Arun was involved in full-stack application development and successfully launched the Affiliate E-commerce platform. This platform contributed to the company's substantial revenue growth.

Arun's early work experience includes roles as a Senior Software Engineer at CommerceRoute from 2001 to 2003 and at ERIN Engineering and Research, Inc., a JENSEN HUGHES Company, from 1998 to 2001.

Arun Ramani completed their Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Industrial Production from B. M. S. College of Engineering from 1991 to 1995. Arun then pursued a Master's degree in Engineering Technology from East Tennessee State University, which they completed from 1996 to 1998.
