Kate Astrid

Kate Astrid has a diverse range of work experience as a software engineer and frontend web developer. Kate most recently worked at epilot GmbH as a software engineer. Prior to that, they held positions at Superside, Lingwing, Otravo, Smartan, and Опора. At Superside, Kate was responsible for enhancing the user experience and functionality through front-end feature implementation and code refactoring. At Lingwing, they served as a Frontend Tech Lead and successfully migrated Angular code to React + TypeScript while mentoring junior developers. At Otravo, Kate upgraded the front-end architecture and implemented NextJS components, while also providing mentorship to junior developers. During their time at Smartan, they developed the frontend of the platform from scratch and implemented internationalization features. Finally, at Опора, Kate developed and maintained frontend for two websites while collaborating with the backend team to optimize performance. Overall, Kate Astrid has demonstrated expertise in front-end development, code optimization, and mentoring junior developers.

Kate Astrid completed their education at Voronezh State Agricultural University. Kate first earned a Bachelor's degree in Language Interpretation and Translation from 2007 to 2011. Following that, they pursued a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Land Use Planning and Management/Development from 2006 to 2011. Finally, they obtained a Master's degree in the same field of study from 2011 to 2013.
