Meredith Winter

Meredith Winter is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in social work and educational support. Currently serving as a School Adjustment Case Manager at Action for Boston Community Development, Inc. since September 2022, Meredith has also contributed to Epiphany School in various capacities including Student Support Team Member and Graduate Employment Coordinator since September 2018. Previous roles include Social Work Intern positions at Epiphany School and Lamour Mental Health Counseling and Consulting, along with internships focused on youth and family support at CityKids, Brookline Community Mental Health Center, and The Aisling Project. Additional volunteer experience includes supporting high school students at Another Course To College and working with children at Horizons for Homeless Children and Beaver Country Day School. Meredith holds an MSW in Social Work from Boston College and has furthered educational pursuits at Dublin City University and UNSW.
