Ally Johnston

Ally Johnston is currently the General Manager at Epiroc, a role they began in 2025. Previously, Ally worked as a Business Growth Consultant at Enterprise Minnesota from 2020 to 2025, assisting small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises in enhancing their competitiveness. Prior to that, they held several positions at Genesis Attachments, LLC, including Director of Operations, Industrial Engineer, and Quality Systems Manager from 2014 to 2020. Ally earned a degree in Industrial Engineering with a minor in Psychology from the University of Minnesota Duluth and furthered their education with a degree in Automated Systems from Luleå University of Technology.
