Amy Castillo

Amy Castillo serves as the VP of Human Resources for Safety, Health, Environmental & Quality at Epiroc since December 2021, overseeing a global Surface Equipment Division with approximately 2,200 employees and additional HR responsibilities for the NASA Region and China, impacting around 3,000 employees. Prior experience includes roles as Senior Director of Human Resources at DJO, Division HR Director and Corporate HR Director at Commercial Metals Company, and holding various HR positions at Texas Instruments, where significant contributions were made in talent development and strategic HR functions across multiple regions and business units. Amy Castillo holds a BS in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University and an MBA in Strategic Leadership from the SMU Cox School of Business.
