Brett Border

Brett Border is an experienced operations leader with a robust background in manufacturing and management within diverse industries, including mining, automotive, and heat transfer. Currently serving as General Manager and Vice President of Operations at Epiroc since June 2019, Brett is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations and implementing Lean methodologies in a high-mix, low-volume production environment. Prior roles include Vice President of Operations at USSC Group, Chief Manufacturing Officer at API Heat Transfer, and several leadership positions at Thermasys, GKN Sinter Metals, Thixotech Inc., Dynacast Manufacturing, Meridian Operations, and General Motors of Canada, where Brett consistently emphasized operational improvements and production efficiencies. Brett holds an MBA in Operations from the Schulich School of Business and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Mechanical Engineering from Queen's University.
