Jay Hancherow has over two decades of experience in the mining and automotive service industries. Beginning as an Automotive Service Technician at Canadian Tire from 2000 to 2005, Jay transitioned into the mining sector, taking on various roles including Open Pit Leader and Heavy Equipment Trainer at Barrick from 2007 to 2021.
