Johan Ståby

Johan Ståby is currently the Operations Development Manager at Epiroc, where they lead a team focused on industrialization and production innovation for underground machines. Previously, they held various roles at Trelleborg Industrial Products, including Production Manager and Technical Director, overseeing R&D, technical sales support, and LEAN manufacturing. Johan also served as Plant Manager at Gummiteknik GTM AB, managing factory operations and employee performance. They began their career as a Research Engineer at KTH Royal Institute of Technology, contributing to a European project on elastomers. Johan holds a Master of Science in Material Engineering and a Management Diploma in Leadership and Business.
