John Dover

John Dover possesses extensive experience in customer service and sales, having worked in various roles across multiple telecommunications and technology companies. Notably, John served as an Account Executive at Frontier Communications from June 2001 to October 2017, managing territories in Central and Northern Minnesota. Prior to that, John held the position of Line Assignor at Contel/GTE from July 1983 to December 1992, where responsibilities included service order line assignments and Central Office Switch Programming. Following his tenure at Frontier, John worked as an Account Executive at Spectrum Business from January 2018 to February 2021 and is currently a Customer Experience Representative at Epiroc since April 2021.
