Michael Scalon

Michael Scalon is an experienced professional with a robust background in engineering, process improvement, and business management. Currently serving as the Process and Application Manager and Global Business Process Analyst/Specialist at Epiroc, Michael focuses on enhancing business processes within the Mining and Rock Excavation Service division, particularly through the implementation of ERP/CMMS systems. Previous roles include significant positions at Sandvik, where Michael drove market strategies and managed R&D projects, and at Hanson and other companies, where skills in manufacturing excellence, logistics, and product management were developed. Michael holds a Master's degree in Innovation, Design, and Engineering from Mälardalen University, along with two undergraduate degrees in Manufacturing Engineering and Marketing from Queensland University of Technology.
