Michael White has extensive experience in research and development within the engineering sector, particularly in the mechanized boring industry. Currently serving as the Global R&D Manager at Epiroc since July 2017, Michael translates customer product needs into strategic development programs and ensures optimal allocation of R&D resources. Previously, as R&D Manager USA at Epiroc, Michael successfully integrated diverse teams and established a virtual collaboration model. Prior to Epiroc, Michael worked at Atlas Copco from April 2008 to July 2017, where responsibilities included building and managing engineering teams for mining and energy markets and leading knowledge management initiatives. Michael holds a Master of Engineering Administration in Industrial Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering, Mathematics, from Virginia Tech.
